An HISD-closing Storm
I absolutely adore storms that allow for a 2 hour delay, or, even better, a cancellation. This Monday morning, I awoke to the beautiful sound of rain pounding against my window, and thought wistfully, 'man, what if school's cancelled?' But it wasn't. And this is me "drowning my sorrows."
