Behind the Waterfall
I designed this as sort of a background for a fantasy series I'm doing which has a lot of fantasy elements with a more modern twist.
The waterfall is pouring down before you as you huddle back behind the watery curtain in a little rocky nook. It's very comfortable, and the cool air protects you from the heat of the day. If you get closer, you can feel the crystal spray upon your face, and run your hands through the splashing water. If this is how naiads live every day, then maybe they're on to something. There's a serenity in this simple beauty.
(Inspired by a hiking trip I took.)
