Enchanted Underwater
You descend underwater from aquamarine to deep indigo and feel the pressure on your ears and thoughts. Suspended in that atmosphere, the warmth from the refracted sunlight clashes with the cool northern waters. Suddenly you hear a song rising in the distance, somewhere behind you and yet all around you. The beautiful melody seeps with emotion, resonance, and otherworldliness. It is the song of the sirens, watering an empty ache in your chest but never quite filling it.
